Hi, Bill!

I am wrapping up a 1-year contract at BEA where I have been engaged as Senior Project Manager for BEA’s Customer Reference Program. My responsibilities have included building a business case for a new reference program, managing reference content and production of collateral and sales tools (DVDs, customer videos, case studies). I will be available in August.

I have more than 16 years experience in high-tech marketing and project management. My previous positions include four years as Senior Manager, Customer Marketing at Hewlett-Packard, Marketing and PR positions at Aspect Telecommunications and Edify. My Master’s degree is in Education and Training, my undergraduate degree is in Marketing and Communications.

My experience includes managing reference programs and tier one accounts, production of marketing collateral (publications, customer testimonial DVDs, advertorials, webinars). I have also directed the production of content for employee communication vehicles such as intranets and e-newsletters.
